Used in work process
When clicking on this bar, you will be able to see the gaps within the category.
This gap appears because the system has not been assigned to a work process. It might be because the work process in question is not yet fully defined or because the work process previously using this system has been changed or deleted. The gap is removed by updating the relevant work processes or by deleting systems no longer in use.
You update the work processes from the work process overview (1). If you need to delete systems no longer in use, you do this from the overview of IT-systems / information assets (2).
