Data processing inspections
All your data processors must be inspected at regular intervals. Before a data processor can be inspected, it is important that there is a data processing agreement between you and the data processor. This means that the data processing inspection must only be established when the data processing agreement is in place.
How to create a data processing inspection
You can access to create a data processing inspection in the following two ways in the portal and open a form:
Data recipients: Go to the menu bar on the left side and click on ‘Data’. A sub-bar will open. In the sub-bar, select ‘Data Recipients’.
- For those data recipients where a data processing inspection is missing, this icon will appear. Click on this icon to create a data processing inspection.
Data Processing Inspection: Go to the menu bar on the left side and click ‘Inspections’. A sub-bar will open. In the sub-bar, select ‘Data Processing inspections’
- For those data processors where there is no data processing inspection, this icon will appear. Click on the icon to create a data processing inspection.
Creating inspections series
