Data subjects

When clicking on this bar, you will be able to see the gaps within the category.

For all work processes, it must be defined which categories of data subjects the processed data concern. This gap appears, if the description of the work process has not been completed with categories of data subjects. The gap is closed by adding any relevant categories of data subjects in the work process form (1).

For every type of information associated with each category of data subject, it must be defined which information asset / IT-system is used. The gap is closed in the work process form, where categories of data subjects and their information types are noted. Every category can be edited with information on which systems data is processed in (2).
